∎ Practical experience in Marketing in the PRINTING chemical.
∎ Technical Knowledge on Products.
∎ Good knowledge in both English & Bangla
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communicational skills to work in a team environment,Smart, presentable & communicative candidate with computer skills.
∎ Positive Attitude & Pro-Activeness
∎ Self-driven, result oriented, hard-working and willing to visit anywhere in the country, when needed.Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have the capability of identifying the target markets and awareness of markets.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The prime responsibilities of the applicants should be maintaining business with the existing factories/customers and also responsible to increase business with existing factories.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to communicate with the management of assigned factories.
∎ Coordinate with Head of Department to develop a marketing strategy to increase sales.
∎ Regular communication and follow up existing customer to resolve compliance issues for sales.
∎ Execute trial of chemicals and give proper technical support to production people.
∎ Collect market information like competitors’ activities, their product features and report to the supervisor.
