Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand and use complex mathematical formulas, particularly in the area of advanced statistics and modelling.
∎ Responsible for analyzing company data to ensure financial stability and prediction;
∎ Identifying liabilities and risks.
∎ Analyze investments with the lowest risk and the highest profits possible;
∎ Redesign & restructure products, marketing materials & policy service issue in line with shariah.
∎ Help & monitor policy service & underwriting department to implement shariah compliance in service.
∎ Develop idea of new line Insurance products by keeping the company safe by designing it maintaining Actuarial standard set by consulting Actuary. Provide technical support for producing statistical reports and analysis.
∎ New product design with group & health product rate calculation.
∎ Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new investments and funds;
∎ Develop guides and policies on how to avoid high-risk portfolio and the losses associated with them.
∎ Collaborate with programmers, underwriters, accounts, claims experts, and senior management to help companies develop plans for new lines of business or improving existing business.
∎ Ability to handle Reinsurer & know how about Reinsurance data cession.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Masters/Bachelor (BSc) in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Finance.
∎ Student member of any Actuarial body and passed minimum 02 actuarial course.
∎ At least 3 year(s) working experience in Actuarial department & Re-insurance department of a Life Insurance Company.
∎ Clear knowledge of Insurance products with cash value, surrender value, paid-up maturity value etc.
∎ Capable to handle Reinsurance data.
∎ Communicate with IDRA regarding product or other issues.
∎ Customer Service knowledge will be added preference.
∎ Friendly and professional demeanor.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
∎ Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
