Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Activation Manager to lead the execution and delivery of brand activations, consumer engagement campaigns, and on-ground marketing initiatives. Experience in running national activation with promoters in multiple locations across the country, training the promoters, budgeting and monitoring is critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end planning and execution of activation campaigns across regions – including ATL/BTL events, wet market activation, and in-store activations.

  • Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials and services.

  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with field activation teams to ensure effective deployment and execution of campaigns.

  • Budget Management: Monitor activation budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery within allocated budgets.

  • Process Optimization: Streamline operations for maximum efficiency in activation deployment and reporting.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze performance data, and share insights with senior leadership for continuous improvement.

  • Compliance: Ensure all activations comply with brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
