Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Operation Manager to support operations manager with day to day resource management of different activation projects. The role requires strong coordination, people management, and analytical skills to ensure smooth execution across clusters.
Location: Dhaka (with field visit requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and monitoring daily field operations.
Coordinate with Sales & technical executives, Brand Promoters, and project partners.
Track performance, sales, and Brand Promoters
Ensure reporting, and compliance as per project standards.
