Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post Graduation from any public or renowned private university. CGPA minimum 3.0

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation is 100% in compliance with SOP/IOP/KPI. Necessary amendment/update is incorporated in SOP/IOP/QRG.
∎ Smooth handling of new client/shipper.
∎ Process all types of Export bookings FCL, LCL, CFS Consolidation or CY load, Air Freight Prepaid or Collect, Co-loading as guided by Bangladesh Shipping law, Foreign Exchange policy and as per Damco Global IOP.
∎ Maintain professional relationship with suppliers, Ocean carriers, CFS team, GSC to achieve the targeted tasks smoothly
∎ Proactive in exception management
∎ Maintain Proper documentation for working with customers, Vendors, In house team's agent offices like SOP, IOP, QRG, SAL etc.
∎ Response to daily operations emails or queries / calls / with zero or minimal escalations ( escalations that do not impact service delivery or disturb CSS/NPS survey)
∎ Keeping responsible internal or external stakeholders updated with daily operations news/ updates/advisory..
∎ Consistently strive to improve processes & implement best practices across the customer team
