Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check DO/Sales Token available for Delivery in the Shift.· Check Vehicle available based on sales token.
∎ Confirm stock available and truck loading within the shift.· Finished Goods Receive & Warehouse arranging on daily basis.·
∎ Prepare and check/sign all necessary delivery documents.
∎ Prepare and send all required report related to distribution and goods delivery.
∎ Shift wise reconciliation deliveries system vs physical.· Prepare Transport Bill on daily basis.
∎ Received all Customers complain goods in warehouse with checking approval and related documents.
∎ Ensure Sample delivery as per delivery requirement.
∎ Regular Communication with Sales & Marketing team, Transport agent and distributors.
∎ Resolve all delivery related issues with help of Supervisor.
∎ Regular Shift briefing related with H&S and Compliance.
