Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations;
∎ Manage the order fulfilment process, including picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers;
∎ Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to optimize product assortment and margins;
∎ Continuously monitor and optimize the e-commerce platform for performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization;
∎ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, managing returns, and implementing customer feedback mechanisms;
∎ Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to drive decision-making;
∎ Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and other departments to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives;
∎ Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate operational risks;
∎ Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
