∎ Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and implement best practices to optimize supply chain performance.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization to enhance agility, scalability, and resilience within the supply chain.
∎ Cultivate strategic supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain network.
∎ Establish robust performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to anticipate changes and proactively adapt supply chain strategies.
∎ As the Head of Supply Chain Management, will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to optimize our supply chain processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless operations across our global network.
