∎ Candidates having Experience in prefabricated steel structure project procurement will get preference
∎ Sound knowledge on procuring technical equipment/materials for steel structure projects
∎ Hands on experience in raw material planning
∎ Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
∎ Good command in MS Office
∎ Must have the mindset to work under pressure with positive attitude
∎ Candidates having Experience in prefabricated steel structure project procurement will get preference

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordination of procuring local materials as per standard, grade, specifications and other requirements
∎ Keep track of PR and support user by attending the PRs on a timely basis
∎ Coordination with collecting quotation, bid evaluation and preparing comparative statement, supplier selection and follow up on the material delivery through out the receiving process
∎ Coordination of selecting transport vendor and ensuring the delivery to factory or site
∎ Coordinating with technical team on procurement planning, demand, material quality , on time delivery and other aspects
∎ Analyzing data to find out the missing parts and help the team towards continuous improvement
∎ Responsible for processing all relevant documents for foreign procurement
∎ Prepare import documents for LC/TT transmission to the buyer
∎ Ensure bill submission and other documents regularly and properly to concern department to clear payment as committed with vendor
∎ Evaluate vendors performance and keep sourcing new qualified vendors and maintain relationship with suppliers
