∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers.
∎ Estimate and establish budgets for purchases of IT equipment’s.
∎ Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Review and research all venders and suppliers quotation.
∎ Maintain purchase records and other important data on behalf of purchase department.
∎ Negotiate pricing and supply contracts by comparing with best package.
∎ Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies based on the IT equipment’s need.
∎ Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
∎ Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
∎ Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
∎ Collaborate with IT hardware team regularly.
∎ Collaborate with Admin and Purchase departments.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Review quality of purchased products.
∎ Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
∎ Should have a very good relationship with IT vendors.
