Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet company objectives.
∎ Source and procure raw materials, supplies, and services both locally and internationally.
∎ Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish agreements to ensure cost-effective procurement.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and priorities.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
∎ Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
∎ Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
