Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, & shipping goods.
∎ Manage & maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments of goods.
∎ Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
∎ Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise in warehouse operations.
