∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and power point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for managing Yarns purchases - check requisition and purchase records in the system before placing an order with the vendor.
∎ Conduct sourcing activities as per the requirements generated by internal departments and make RFQ/ RFI to send to the vendors.
∎ Collect quotations/ PI, price lists from vendors for required products and compare with all possible alternatives before finalizing.
∎ Negotiate procurement terms & conditions with the vendors before placing order and issuing Purchase Order/ Indent.
∎ Follow up with vendors till delivery of products. Check incoming products and take corrective actions if any discrepancies are found.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating supplier's performance in terms of price and quality;
∎ Implement the cost savings initiatives by developing new sources and long-term contracts to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply.
∎ Update vendor database on regular basis.
