Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily Raw Materials Unloading & Receiving
∎ PM Unloading & Receiving All Trucks Serial Maintain proper Warehousing, Update bin Card, Issue Fifo & Lifo Clean Warehouse after unloading vehicle Stock Management & Inventory Management· Oversee all aspects of the factory's store operations, including inventory management, procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.· Develop and implement efficient inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize wastage, and prevent stock outs.· Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and products to meet production schedules and customer demands.· Manage and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency and accessibility.· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards in the storage and handling of food products. Follow-up and monitor all functions of the Inventory management. Ensure foreign & Local GRN functions, Proper inventory tracking, receiving, storage and products movements. Follow up Purchase Order, Inventory and ensure all in-house activities properly. Maintain stock re-order level for materials availability as per Production plan and materials requirement. Ensure the inventory accuracy, Housekeeping, Warehouse cleanliness, safety and security. Supervise all employees of warehouse and proper management of manpower activities. Receive local and imported materials and deliver to other units physically. Maintain accurate stock and supply according to FIFO basis. Follow up BIN Card updating and always keep accurate physical inventory and match with ERP Tally software. Ensure employee’s safety as per compliance. Maintain effective communication with all suppliers and vendors for delivering the materials. Responsible for the overall store operations. preparing Labar bill etc,· Any other task assigned by management.
