∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Experience in inventory management, project management and audit in engineering/ real estate/ construction company.
∎ Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
∎ Leadership, communication and people development skill
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the operation of the inventory department of the company including daily administration, recruitment and training of people and development of policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure timely receipt, dispatch, and documentation of inventory across all the projects of the company and reporting of the same to project accounting team.
∎ Coordinate inventory, procurement and project implementation team for smooth internal materials transfer and scrap sales.
∎ Prepare inventory audit plan for the year, follow up the execution and ensure timely post-audit report submission.
∎ Suggest measures and ways to improve internal control, reduce theft, wastage and loss of inventory.
