Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in CSE
∎ Medium/Expert-level knowledge of WordPress (1+ years) and elementor editor.
∎ Experience as a WordPress Designer or a comparable position.
∎ Intermediate level design talents (1+ years of experience)
∎ Knowledge of React and Javascript
∎ The fundamentals of HTML and CSS.
∎ Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with designers, developers, and other relevant personnel.
∎ Capacity for multitasking and meeting stringent deadlines.

Computer skill, Web Developer/ Web Designer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Focusing on aesthetics and content delivery, develop and maintain high-quality WordPress websites.
∎ Utilize the WordPress editor to construct, modify, and update website pages and posts.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that the website aligns with the brand strategy and satisfies the requirements of the organization.
∎ Resolve layout-related issues and administer all configurable aspects of the CMS.
∎ Ensure device-adaptive design for all platforms.
∎ Ensure optimal efficacy by verifying changes frequently. Utilizing Google Page Speed, conduct website performance tests and optimize website speed and performance.
∎ Stay current with the latest WordPress and elementor editor changes and enhancements.
∎ Provide internal teams with training and support on how to use WordPress, the editor, apps, and plug-ins.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Skills:
∎ Prior experience with graphic design applications (like Adobe Illustrator).
∎ Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
∎ Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
∎ Understanding of SEO and how to build traffic-driving content is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of JavaScript and other relevant web design coding languages
∎ Experience in responsive or adaptive design.
∎ Excellent attention to detail.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
