IT Support Service, IT System Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network and security hardware (All renowned OEM).
∎ • Planning, Design IT infrastructure and configure router, switch and firewall.
∎ • Configure, troubleshooting, upgrade and maintains server, Router and switch for organizations Data network.
∎ • Configure, troubleshooting, upgrade and maintains Data connectivity network for digital headend service all over the Dhaka and out of Dhaka.
∎ • Administer and support core Network, MikroTik, Cisco, Linux, VMware ESXI.
∎ • Working knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare, or equivalent).
∎ • Troubleshoot system, core network and distribution network problems & diagnose & solve hardware or software faults.
∎ • Monitoring total system as well as network traffic and maintaining network equipment.
∎ • Coordinate with field operation team and different vendors/service providers to ensure smooth service.
∎ • Configure Active Directory service and group policy with Windows 2019 server and maintain.
∎ • Hands-on deployment experience with security devices on Cisco Firewall and Fortinet Firewall.
∎ • Hands-on deployment experience with exchange server.
∎ • Setup, configure and support internal & external networks.
∎ • Respond immediately to any critical issue of the client and resolve the issue within the shortest possible time and track the updated resolution for any issue, which has been provided to clients.

∎ • Not any specific amount, but experienced candidates will be preferred.
∎ • Candidates who is able to design and maintain an MVC based website (in any platform) will be given additional priority.
