Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. **Client Interaction**: Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients with professionalism and courtesy.
∎ 2. **Scheduling**: Arrange cleaning appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling to accommodate client preferences and our cleaning crews' availability.
∎ 3. **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve client concerns, complaints, or feedback in a timely and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ 4. **Database Management**: Update and maintain client information, service records, and feedback in our system.
∎ 5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with the cleaning teams to communicate client preferences and special requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ 6. **Feedback Collection**: Proactively seek feedback from clients post-service and relay any suggestions or improvements to the management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ When we evaluate candidates for this role, we are seeking individuals with a high level of English language proficiency. We're looking for clear and articulate communicators who demonstrate correct grammar usage and an extensive vocabulary. It's important to assess their ability to listen, comprehend, and respond effectively in English, as well as their capacity to adapt to diverse communication scenarios, whether written or verbal.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Will be discussed upon interview.
