Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's from a reputed institute of Bangladesh

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Coordinator, HR, Labor Counseling, Welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules (Srom Bidhimala).
∎ Ensuring the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (CTPAT), FCCA, SCS, GSV etc.
∎ Has to be well conversant regarding Accord & Alliance compliance requirement of electrical, fire protection/detection/SLD/LPS and Building code.
∎ Ensuring Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house check list
∎ Ensuring Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare.
∎ Ensuring that Employment of No Child/Child Looking Workers are in practice
∎ Ensuring Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Ensuring Compliance related MIS are properly maintain, update
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ Follow up all data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Liaison with merchandising, Production and QA Department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs
∎ To organize & encourage the workers to form several committee such as Joint production committee, Co-operative Society and Welfare Committee.
∎ To take care of Several benefits - such as - Day-Care Center, Hospital, Canteen, Drinking water, Toilets etc.
∎ To take care about the training of new workers.
∎ To take necessary steps to develop the relationship between management & workers.
∎ Other related works with management & workers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Other necessary jobs as and when required by the company management.

Salary: Negotiable
