Responsibilities & Context:
- Coordination with marketing and merchandising team.
- Approvals from Buyers
- Planning of production unit.
- Style allocation to lines with support of IE and planning.
- Technical setting of the garment to reduce production cost and production friendly samples.
- Involvement in pp meetings.
- Production monitoring and meet targets Factory work study along with IE department and implementation the procedures.
- Ensure Proper Quality of the finished product.
- Shipment planning and on time shipments and ensure extra shipments.
- Costing of production floor and help in reduction of costing by reducing manpower.
- Ensure Employee Training.
- Ensure Buyer Compliance.
- Recruitment.
- Workers personal & welfare activities and to maintain a good relation with the whole production team.
- Ensure smooth solution of Inter departmental issues if any.
