∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA and MBA in HRM will get preference).
∎ 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the garments industry.
∎ Experience working with international buyers and compliance standards (e.g., GAP, Better Work, BSCI).
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Code 2006 and its amendments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make workers aware of health, hygiene, and safety issues.
∎ Maintain various types of registers, including worker and maternity benefit registers as per law.
∎ Take care of pregnant workers and ensure they receive maternity benefits.
∎ Provide individual assistance for emergencies, grievances, and orientation awareness.
∎ Handle all grievances in accordance with labor laws.
∎ Independently conduct orientation programs for new recruits.
∎ Organize WPC, Environment Health, and Safety committee meetings.
∎ Conduct various types of awareness programs.
∎ Ensure a hygienic and motivational atmosphere in the workplace.
