Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan for the long-term evolution of the next generation micro service platform.
∎ Architect, design and deliver high-quality code independently by following best practices.
∎ Build enterprise applications at-scale using demonstrated expertise in computer science fundamentals.
∎ Develop scalable, high availability, high performance components with a deep understanding of front end and back-end architectures.
∎ Contribute to solving the company's toughest technical challenges
∎ Create and maintain highly scalable web applications leveraging modern cloud platforms
∎ Assess, design, and deliver on architecture that supports high availability and scalability.
∎ Focus on security, automation, scalability, and high availability
∎ Work with engineering and web teams to strategize, design infrastructure and ensure that development and operation follows established processes and works as intended.
∎ Work with the central Infrastructure Engineering team to maintain and adjust to company-wide standards.
∎ Guiding Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) on critical production issues
∎ Establish and advocate the adoption of engineering best practices, leading by example.
∎ Participation and providing guidance in architectural strategy and roadmaps
∎ Understand and make well-reasoned design decisions and tradeoffs in your area; able to work in other areas of the codebase with guidance.
∎ Analyzing all non-functional requirements and ensuring that further product engineering will meet them
∎ Experience with Micro-service architecture, Micro-frontend architecture and SOA architectures
∎ Proficiency with at least one modern programming language (Java, Golang, Rust, etc)
∎ Experience supporting enterprise-grade applications throughout their lifecycle (requirements through monitoring and improvements).
∎ Experience in a software development and integration of complex and scalable systems, application architecture design
∎ Experience in developing, or integrating back-end systems / APIs and web/mobile applications
∎ Experience with cloud application architecture and deployment best practices
∎ High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance
∎ Deep knowledge of DevOps philosophy and practices, particularly continuous development, observability, security, and performance, proficiency with Kubernetes, and cloud-native ecosystem
∎ Strong understanding of web application security principles and best practices
∎ Ability to assess tradeoffs and make decisions collaboratively in a cross-functional team, experience working with geographically diverse teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 90000 - 160000 (Monthly)
