∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advising on copyright, patent issue for book and ebook industry.
∎ Maintain and Preparing various sorts of Agreements/Sale Deed/Any other Deed as required.
∎ Prepare proposal and feasibility report for procuring or publishing new audiobook, ebook as required.
∎ Negotiate, review, draft or execute agreements required for company business activities.
∎ Conduct legal research to detect legal compliance requirements / risk factors/ consequences and impact.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
