Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creative thinking and strong analytical ability is necessary. You must have a good sense of design and knowledge of different composition techniques to make trendy and aesthetic fashionable artworks under tight deadlines.
∎ Participate & contribute to the concept development, creative ideation, design process & brainstorming when needed.
∎ Conduct market research to understand markets and determine how to position the brand. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
∎ Develop concepts and prepare rough drafts by hand or with software. Then obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout
∎ Excellent browsing skills to conduct essential research work to generate unique design concepts.
∎ Coordinate closely with relevant teams (i.e., copywriters, sales, product, and technical) to plan and execute effective campaigns and to produce final design. Collaborate with key players to establish & promote brand objectives and strategies.
∎ Maintaining brand coherency and consistency across all creative output.
∎ Best use of color combination, form, composition, font, typefaces, size, layout and visualization for each graphic.
∎ Excellent knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
∎ Perform graphic design task as per need; example: retouching, color correction, clipping, brochures, banners, flier, leaflets, logo, blog image, info-graphics, website banner, mockup, packaging, web & social media advertisements, static and animated ad units, email blasts and slide shows.
∎ Use video editing software to cut unnecessary footage, refine existing coverage, insert appealing transitions, and otherwise improve upon the raw material of the footage and add effects/elements to enhance video output.
∎ Amend designs after feedback. Suggest and improve the tonality and performance of all the graphics used.
∎ Stay up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques & trends.
