Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate from any reported University. B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will add advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare shade range beginning of the season for each selected fabric.
∎ Build a recipe data bank during development and monitor the valid recipe during bulk.
∎ Able to establish the wash library for future record.
∎ Able to do costing considering the washing process and challenge suppliers to have the right price of the product
∎ Must have knowledge to do risk assessment and propose solutions before proceeding bulk .
∎ Able to build a quality management system and develop process standards for each washing plant.
∎ Able to give the washing approval for shade and blanket, also propose a cutting plan to the sewing unit considering the shrinkage, shade to avoid quality and measure issue during bulk.
∎ Bulk test follow up and make comparison with valid test reports.
∎ Good knowledge of Sustainable washing, trend , and latest machinery.
∎ Able to set up the process in the washing plant based on the OKAIDI standard.
∎ Capacity booking, production planning and daily production follow up.
∎ Evaluate EMI scoring of our product and keep record for future.
∎ Must have good knowledge about chemical management and safety of the product.
∎ New sourcing if required.
∎ Able to monitor garment dyeing and neon programs to have less shade variation in bulk.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in this field.
∎ Candidates who has an experience in any European (fashion) brand office will have priority
∎ English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is must
∎ Must have knowledge on Product Costing & Sourcing
∎ Self-motivated with good time management, competency to drive the team to achieve company goals.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility
