Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate from any reported University. B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will add an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works with vendor to grow its performance through industrial efficiency and desirability
∎ Implements seasonal vendor sharing through first protos allocation. Consult the global sourcing if they wish to propose outside of the vendor sharing
∎ Contributes to propose new factories to Global sources aligned with desirability and performance criteria and sourcing strategy
∎ Participates in the seasonal vendor sharing strategy to make sure alignment with vendors' situation
∎ Decides 1st proto allocation by the factory according to industrial capabilities and capacity planner feedback on performance
∎ Follows each step of the development process from sending technical files to PS in close link with the developer
∎ Ensures 100% costing sheets are provided with the 1st proto sample.
∎ Contributes to writing the T&A (production status) with the capacity planner.
∎ Negotiates claims with vendors in case of quality issues during production and ensures collection.
∎ Negotiates prices based on cost sheet to achieve the best industrial price - accurate price quotations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in ritual team management. (Good management skills, assessing the team, skill to manage minimum ten people as a team leader )
∎ Candidates who have experience in any European (fashion) brand office and work experience with the IT tools as “Centric” will have priority
∎ English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are a must
∎ Must have Product Costing and SMV implementation Knowledge.
∎ Self-motivated with good time management, and competency to drive the team to achieve company goals.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility.

∎ Managed 5 to 10 people before etc.
