Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Textile ( wet proccessing and public dry processing )

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficient production planning and scheduling to ensure full machineries utilization for output.
∎ Foresee upcoming order status and make planning for manpower and machine for critical order as well to ensure smooth shipment.
∎ Working ability under pressure and proper co-ordination between washing unit and sewing factories.
∎ To distribute process wise manpower and ensure production achievement against target for on time shipment.
∎ Adequate knowledge about present washing trends and issues.
∎ Sufficient knowledge about process wise timing/output ratio for both wet and dry as per capacity.
∎ Analytical ability for daily production achievement against capacity.
∎ To maintain daily turnover and profit loss analysis
∎ Sufficient knowledge about washing rate and expenditures.
∎ To prepare hourly, daily and monthly production report and make revenue statement.
∎ To monitor strongly to reduce production loss time through minimizing rewash and rejection.
∎ To analyze chemical stock against upcoming order status.
∎ To find out root causes of less production/rejection and take appropriate action to overcome the situation with production department.
∎ To monitor the process flow of various production sub- units.
∎ To report directly to Plant Head.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Washing Factory
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead and motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal and communication skills
∎ Good team member, self-organized, initiator and profession-oriented
