∎ Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and warehouse management software (a plus).
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for both domestic and international retail stores.
∎ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with all safety regulations.
∎ Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
∎ Manage warehouse receiving procedures, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
∎ Implement and maintain effective warehouse organization systems, including stock location and picking methods.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including inventory records, packing lists, and shipping manifests.
∎ Liaise with internal departments (Purchasing, Sales) to ensure smooth flow of merchandise.
∎ Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in orders or inventory.
∎ Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize warehouse operations.
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for warehouse management.
∎ Torr, a leading fashion brand with a growing local and international presence, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse In-Charge to oversee the efficient operation of our central warehouse.
∎ Responsibilities:
