∎ Infrastructure Investment Department

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strong pipeline of quality investment opportunities in the Infrastructure Finance sector;
∎ Managing credit lines from Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs)/ Development Finance Institutions (DFIs);
∎ Developing innovative and appropriate financial structures;
∎ Leading negotiation meetings to overcome impasses and finalize negotiations in transactions;
∎ Conducting financial, economic, legal and technical due diligence of Infrastructure Finance projects;
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to further develop the sector and to develop specific investment opportunities;
∎ Coordinating closely with social, environmental, and technical assistance colleagues in order to add value to the clients' businesses, finding pragmatic solutions to the specific sector challenges, and achieving sustainable development impact; and
∎ Supervising and monitoring the performance of team members and prepare periodic progress report on the overall performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 11 years relevant work experience in banks/financial institutions;
∎ Strong command in developing business strategies, financial and technical analysis, and relationship management;
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in Bengali & English;
∎ Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
