Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and stakeholders, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
∎ Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
∎ Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing product enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
∎ Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in creating user-centric and impactful products.
∎ Leverage your expertise in digital marketing, UX/UI design, and graphic design to contribute innovative ideas and solutions for product improvements and customer experience enhancements.
∎ Work closely with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements, front-end development, and optimal user experience across platforms.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
∎ Monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and gather user feedback to make informed decisions for product optimization and continuous improvement.
∎ Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient project execution and effective communication across teams.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, digital marketing, design, and front-end development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
∎ Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment.
∎ Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
∎ Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, digital marketing strategies, and quality assurance processes.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
∎ Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
∎ Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration platforms, and other relevant software.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
