Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and optimize our social media channels, developing engaging content to increase brand awareness and foster meaningful engagement.
∎ Design visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for marketing campaigns, websites, and digital platforms.
∎ Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align creative concepts with our brand identity and objectives.
∎ Utilize industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Design Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva, to create high-quality designs.
∎ Monitor social media trends, analyze data, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.
∎ Knowledge of Figma and Canva is an added bonus.
∎ Support IT professionals by creating visually appealing elements for user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes.
∎ Collaborate with the IT team to seamlessly integrate design elements into the overall user experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Strong marketing background with expertise in social media management and graphic design.
∎ Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Design Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
∎ Familiarity with social media analytics and data-driven decision making.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with IT professionals and adapt design elements to their requirements.
∎ Creative mindset and passion for delivering visually appealing and user-centered designs.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Curiosity to explore new technologies and enhance existing practices.

∎ Job location: Gulshan-2 with offsite work from time to time (offsite transportation included)
