Additional Requirements:
∎ 2+ years of experience working with designing systems and style guides.
∎ A portfolio demonstrating interface design, visual design, prototyping, articulation of design rationale, strong communication and storytelling skills.
∎ Proven ability to take a leadership role in projects that span multiple teams.
∎ Ability to create detailed prototypes in tools like Figma, Principle, or Framer.
∎ Deep understanding of interface design paradigms and best practices across a variety of platforms including web, responsive web, and native mobile. Experienced creating highly detailed design specifications.
∎ Ability to deliver on time to a high quality, working in a fast paced agile environment.
∎ Extremely detail-oriented and organized. Has a desire for pushing the boundaries of enterprise software design with modern, emerging UI patterns and implementation technologies.
∎ Ability to explore multiple creative design directions to create engaging and effective visual designs.
∎ Experienced with inclusive design best practices, Accessibility Design and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
∎ A passion for all types of visual design including User Interface, Graphic Design, Illustrations, Typography and Iconography.
