Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Set clear objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and support career.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of software sales professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Engage potential clients by clearly explaining program benefits and enrollment procedures.
- Adapt strategies based on market feedback and changes in customer behavior.
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations on pricing models and deal structuring.
- Provide regular sales performance reports to senior leadership.
