Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post-Graduation from a reputed University with good academic records; preferably with a major in Law
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, evaluate and monitor the overall Recovery Unit and its members
∎ Visit and negotiate with litigated clients (outside/inside of Dhaka) to collect receivables
∎ Manage the execution of the arrest warrant against default clients
∎ Assist in repossession and sale of the leased/mortgage assets
∎ Find out trace-less clients
∎ Emphasis on written off collection
∎ Be updated on client’s background history and receivables details
∎ Be updated on case status and all correspondences with clients
∎ Provide timely and relevant management information report.
∎ Ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements and laws as per their guidelines
∎ Assist in preparing departmental reports
∎ Maintain liaison with regulators, law enforcement authority, law chambers, recovery agents, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7-9 years of experience in Recovery department, with at least 3-4 years’ experience in managerial position
∎ Candidates with experience from Banks & NBFIs will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
