Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a relationship team to develop and manage quality and profitable corporate customer portfolio
∎ Ensure training programs ,counseling, on the job training for staff. This extends not only to direct reports but as importantly to other departments.
∎ Develop business relationships to increase profitability.
∎ Participate in development of business action plan, budget and strategic plans.
∎ Actively Plan, develop and lead/manage a tea focused on the corporate portfolio business through customer acquisition/ensure to ensure high profitability and sustained growth in line with strategic plan, area operating plan, guidelines and target.
∎ To enhance overall brand loyalty in the local corporate banking environment.
∎ Develop, grow and maintain customer relationships in n line with corporate banking targets , strategic plans.
∎ Credit, Analysis – proposal must be completed timely and controlled adequately. Ensure documentation perfection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 12 years of working experience in Commercial Banks of which 3 years as Unit Head of Corporate Banking or Deputy Head of Corporate Banking
∎ Excellent relationship management skill with a focus on financial and budget requirements
∎ Sound knowledge of Corporate Banking, Trade Services, local regulations and exposure to Corporate Banking industry.
∎ Computer Knowledge is a must.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Age at most 45 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
