Strategic HR Leadership:
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on HR best practices, workforce planning, organizational development and teaching ownership of the Bank
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process across the Bank to ensure the right talent is acquired in a timely manner.
Ensure the implementation of Competency Development Program to create succession and build Talent Management Pipeline.
Performance Management:
Lead execution of meaningful and effective Annual Performance Process.
Lead the process of preparing and reviewing the job descriptions of all roles across the Bank.
Compensation & Benefits:
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
Oversee payroll and other benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Create, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
Promote ethical conduct and professionalism.
