Responsibilities & Context:
· Ability to achieve project deliverables within deadlines and quality benchmarks.
· Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and standards.
· Plan and oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing across multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, API, USSD, ERP).
· Ensure comprehensive test coverage by reviewing and approving test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
· Coordinate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure defects are addressed promptly and effectively.
· Analyze QA metrics to identify trends, quality gaps, and improvement opportunities.
· Oversee automation strategy to reduce manual effort and accelerate regression cycles.
· Conduct root cause analysis of major production issues and implement preventive measures.
· Ensure compliance with organizational security, performance, and quality standards.
· Act as a backup to the QA Lead in strategic decision-making and project oversight.
