• নতুন গ্রাহক সংগ্রহ ও পলিসি বিক্রয়
• সেলস টিম গঠন ও পরিচালনা
• টার্গেট অর্জন নিশ্চিত করা
• গ্রাহক সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা
• মার্কেটিং পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়ন
• যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা
• টিম লিডারশিপ
• MS Office দক্ষতা
• লক্ষ্যভিত্তিক কাজের মানসিকতা।
