• Excellent project governance, planning, and risk management capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or equivalent project tracking tools.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Vendor and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex technology and infrastructure projects.
• Manage governance processes, project documentation, and stakeholder reporting for technology initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal PMO frameworks, risk management standards, and regulatory
requirements.
• Drive project planning sessions, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
• Liaise with vendors, internal teams (Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance), and external partners to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Maintain detailed project plans, dashboards, and post-implementation reviews.
• Support the PMO in standardizing governance practices and improving project delivery efficiency.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of PMO methodologies.
