The Branch Manager will lead overall branch performance, with full accountability for business growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership to drive sustainable expansion across liability and asset portfolios while ensuring superior customer experience and strict regulatory compliance.
Drive business growth by achieving targets in liability, asset, and revenue, with a clear focus on quality portfolio build-up
Develop and execute local market strategies to expand customer base and increase CASA, retail, and SME penetration
Lead sales and relationship management initiatives to acquire high-value customers and deepen existing relationships
Ensure portfolio quality through prudent credit assessment, monitoring, and recovery management
Build a high-performance branch team, driving sales culture, accountability, and continuous capability development
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and community stakeholders to enhance branch visibility and business opportunities
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and internal policies, including KYC/AML standards
Oversee branch operations and service delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Manage branch profitability, including cost control, expense optimization, and efficient cash/liquidity management
Safeguard branch assets and ensure proper risk management practices are in place
