Responsibilities & Context:
Ø Proven experience leading the implementation of Bangla QR-based merchant payment solutions to enable interoperability across banks and MFS providers.
Ø Demonstrated ability to design unified QR acceptance flows supporting multiple payment apps (e.g. MFS /Bank QR).
Ø Must be capable of working closely with engineering teams to develop QR code generation, transaction routing, settlement logic and backend systems.
Ø Hands-on experience building, managing and optimizing MFS and bank QR & API integrations, payment gateways, banking systems and Digital Payment Integration Platforms for merchants.
Compliance & Go-to-Market Strategy
Ø Expert knowledge of local regulations, ensuring all products comply with interoperability standards defined by Bangladesh Bank and strict KYC/AML adherence.
Ø Experience launching QR-based payment onboarding systems for SMEs and retail merchants.
Ø Ability to collaborate seamlessly with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption in offline retail markets.
