• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services or fintech sector.

• At least 5 years in a senior leadership/COO or equivalent position.

• Strong understanding of merchant payment infrastructure, agent banking, MFS, or QR-based payment models.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

To lead its ambitious growth strategy, ZFL is looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) with proven expertise in digital financial services, merchant payment ecosystems, and operational leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive the company’s nationwide merchant acquiring and QR-POS operations.

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth, market penetration, and operational excellence.

• Assist Company management to shape company vision and long-term goals.

• Manage cross-functional teams including operations, sales, IT, and compliance.

• Establish robust monitoring and reporting systems for key performance indicators.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance and risk management across all operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, MFS providers, aggregators, and relevant stakeholders.

• Lead strategic partnerships and product innovation in line with market needs.
