Experience:
Proficiency in financial analysis tools, credit modeling software, MS Office.
Ability to articulate risks to stakeholders and collaborate with other relevant departments including sales/finance teams.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and institutional stakeholders.
· Promote financial products and services such as loans, lease finance, deposits, and investment solutions.
· Achieve assigned business targets (loan disbursement, deposit mobilization, revenue growth, etc.).
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
· Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
· Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of client transactions.
· Monitor client portfolios and ensure high-quality asset growth with minimal risk exposure.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all business dealings.
· Develop strategic partnerships with corporate houses, brokers, and other business channels.
· Prepare periodic reports on business performance, pipeline status, and market insights for management.
· Participate in networking events, seminars, and industry programs to enhance brand visibility.
