Responsibilities & Context:

-Handle user inquiries and complaints regarding loan applications, repayments, credit limits, and account issues via web-based customer service platform and Outlook email
- Record, categorize, and prioritize user issues; regularly summarize and escalate common problems to help improve service workflows and scripts
- Work collaboratively with Risk Control and Technical teams to address abnormal user requests (e.g., suspected fraud, system errors, repayment disputes)
- Provide basic explanations and guidance to overdue or financially distressed users, while remaining compliant with company policies
- Maintain complete and traceable records of all user communications
