Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and manage retail, agency, individual life insurance, distribution channel, and strategies of the assigned geographic area
Lead the sales team of agency branches and other offices to achieve budgeted objectives and KPIs
Capitalize on new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s retail presence across the assigned sales area
Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of Branch Managers and Agency Supervisors.
Monitor sales campaigns, bonus initiatives, market trends, and competitors’ activities
Manage and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
