• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)

Enrolment with the Bangladesh Bar Council

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing

Ø  Processing Legal Permission for Initiation of Legal Action against defaulted clients.

Ø  Filing and withdrawal of cases/suits e.g. N. I Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain with approval of Management.

Ø  Attending and coordinating scheduled cases/suits before the Learned Court along with Branch/Business Unit officials.

Ø  Monitoring and following up the cases of Lower Court and the Supreme Court.

Ø  Arrange to publish Auction Notice, Court Notice (Auction, Summons, Show Cause and warrants) etc.

Ø  Provide Legal Opinion and make correspondence between PPC/Branch and Panel Lawyers to conduct cases and compliance Order of Court/Bangladesh Bank etc.

Ø  Enlistment of Panel Lawyers and follow up their performance.

Ø  To maintain MIS related to litigations, Legal issues and reporting to Bangladesh Bank or other Regulatory Authorities and different Divisions of Head Office;

Ø  Processing of Payment of Lawyers Bill as per Bank’s Schedule of Charge.

Ø  Any other job assigned by the Management as and when required to protect the interest of the Bank.
