Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related discipline.

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Performance Management (experience in banking/financial institutions preferred).

  • High Proficiency in Data analysis, MIS reporting, and MS Office (especially Advanced Excel).

  • Strong understanding of performance management systems, KPI setting, and appraisal processes.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and line managers.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in conducting training sessions and facilitating workshops will be an advantage.

  • Training or certification in Performance Management Systems, HR Analytics and Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in setting SMART KPIs aligned with the Bank’s business focus and priorities.

  • Review and recommend improvements to the appraisal process; develop related guidelines and manuals.

  • Ensure smooth rollout and timely completion of appraisals.

  • Guide employees on appraisal procedures and conduct organization-wide appraisal training programs.

  • Collaborate with IT teams for updates and fixes in the Performance Management System.

  • Follow up proactively to expedite completion of the appraisal process within the stipulated timeline.

  • Validate KPI-wise achievements by analyzing large actual business databases in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Analyze business and KPI-wise performance in depth and prepare reports with key insights for informed decision-making.

  • Compile performance information and support the Appraisal Moderation Committee.

  • Address appraisal-related issues, including re-evaluation requests, ensuring fairness and transparency.

  • Assist in developing competency frameworks for various roles.

  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of appraisal records in employee files.
