Experience:
Lead a relationship team to develop and manage quality and profitable corporate customer portfolio·
Monitor and supervise all the activities of a unit under Corporate Baking Division.
Prepare yearly business budget for Corporate Banking Division.· Achieve yearly business target with team work.
Visit existing & prospective clients of the Bank.
Supervise & guide the unit members (SRMs, RMs and ARMs) in their works and ensure their output within stipulated time.
Dealing with problematic accounts with special care. special follow-up and supervision of all non-performing loans for early recovery.
Maintain good liaison with other division to create a good environment in Banks premises.
Monitor various transactions to protest money laundering through CBD transactions.
Ensure submission of various statements and compliance report for Bangladesh Bank, Internal and External Audit Inspection etc. on time.· Ensure documentation perfection.
Perform any other duties as instructed by the senior management time to time.
