Job Context:
∎ OnnoRokom Pathshala is a concern of OnnoRokom Group which aims to draw a significant change in the Education Sector of Bangladesh. We are a bunch of dreamers who dream of a better Bangladesh. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers.
∎ Visualize the full flow of user experience and define the full flow of a user story with prototypes, screen designs, wireframes, storyboards, etc
∎ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and mindmaps for the application.
∎ Work with the frontend developers, providing them with all necessary assets, styling, and sources to build the UI
∎ Design UI elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the application functions and looks like.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills (This is a must)
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) and wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, InVision)
∎ Strong knowledge of typography, color, and other design principles
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
∎ Good understanding of user experience, customer/industrial psychology
∎ Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for designing both desktop and mobile applications
∎ Experience in designing mockups and detail-oriented prototypes
∎ Portfolio of design projects
∎ Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
∎ English language proficiency
