Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Backend Developer, you will be part of a team who is responsible for customizing, building, testing and releasing several scalable services needed to support hundred-thousands of users.
∎ As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for:
∎ Developing, building and testing several scalable services running on cloud environments.
∎ Software performance, quality, and responsiveness
∎ Product roadmap, planning, and experimentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 31 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A strong candidate is:
∎ Experienced in backend development in NodeJS
∎ Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS)
∎ Proficient in data structures and algorithms
∎ Experienced in database design and optimization
∎ Experienced in designing RESTful APIs, specifically for mobile apps
∎ Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
∎ Experienced in using object storage solutions
∎ Familiar with software building process and tools in Linux
∎ Familiar with content delivery network
∎ Familiar with micro-service architecture
∎ Experienced in Test-Driven Development, Git, CI/CD.
∎ General skills/competencies:
∎ A natural problem solver and able to devise solutions from within a constrained environment
∎ Self motivated and is able to work individually with minimal guideline
∎ Excellent in verbal and written communications
∎ Open to criticism, eager to learn and collaborative
∎ You will be preferred if you have:
∎ Prior experience on designing back end services capable of handling hundreds of thousands of users.
∎ Very strong background in data structures and algorithms.
∎ Have solved programming problems in any form of programming contests
∎ Have prior experience in writing reusable codes
∎ Strong math background
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on skills, experience and performance in the selection process.
